At our blog, we offer insights and solutions to help you navigate this complex process and find the relief you deserve.

Most Common Diseases

Hashimoto’s disease is an autoimmune disorder affecting the thyroid gland. Hashimoto’s thyroiditis can be fatal if untreated.  Our patient care team will evaluate your blood lab and create a unique plan customized for you.

Common Symptoms: Weight gain or loss, Fatigue, Brittle hair, Difficulty concentrating, Feeling colder than normal, Dry and itchy skin.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune and inflammatory disease where your immune system attacks healthy cells in your body by mistake, causing inflammation, pain and swelling.

Common Symptoms: Joint pain, Stiffness or swelling in the joints, Fatigue and Tiredness.

Lupus is a disease that occurs when your body’s immune system attacks your own tissues and organs. Inflammation caused by lupus can affect many different body systems — including your joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart and lungs.

Common Symptoms: Fatigue, Weight gain or loss, Joint pain, Blood clots, Brain fog, Skin rashes and Dry eyes.

Inflammatory bowel disease is a term for two conditions (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis) that are characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract and resulting in inflammation rand pain in the GI tract.

Common Symptoms: Weight gain or loss, Fatigue, Rectal bleeding and Abdominal pain.

Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. Most of the food you eat is broken down into sugar (also called glucose) and released into your bloodstream. When your blood sugar goes up, it signals your pancreas to release insulin.
