Hashimoto’s disease is an autoimmune disorder affecting the thyroid gland. Hashimoto’s thyroiditis can be fatal if untreated.  Our patient care team will evaluate your blood lab and create a unique plan customized for you.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune and inflammatory disease where your immune system attacks healthy cells in your body by mistake, causing inflammation, pain and swelling.

Lupus is a disease that occurs when your body’s immune system attacks your own tissues and organs. Inflammation caused by lupus can affect many different body systems — including your joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart and lungs.

Inflammatory bowel disease is a term for two conditions (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis) that are characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract and resulting in inflammation rand pain in the GI tract.

Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. Most of the food you eat is broken down into sugar (also called glucose) and released into your bloodstream. When your blood sugar goes up, it signals your pancreas to release insulin.

Common Symptoms: Fatigue, Dry mouth, Blurred vision, Frequent urination, Increased appetite, Weight gain or loss, Headaches, and Dark skin spots.

After enrolling in our program, you’ll be shipped a home blood test kit. Then, you’ll be assigned a Patient Care Team Specalist trained in Dr. Gundry’s system to review blood labs and provide you with your personalized care plan. And unlike most other programs, you do not pay for your blood lab test. At no additional charge, you’ll receive up to 4 lab tests per year and have ongoing access to your Patient Care Team Specialist through our proprietary Telehealth platform.
